Wang Buckwheat Noodle 624g

Add powder soup in 100 ml of boiling water and add 200 ml cup of cold water. Set aside. Add noodles into 800 ml of boiling water, and cook for 5 minutes. Rub and rinse the noodles in cold water. Pour the prepared cold soup into the bowl of noodles. Serve with sliced cucumber, boiled eggs or kimchi.

Noodles: Wheat Flour (65.1%), Buckwheat (9.3%), Wheat Starch (9.3%), Sweet Potato Starch (7.4%), Salt (0.5%). 
Powder Soup: Soy Sauce Powder (Soybean, Salt), Red Pepper Powder, Garlic, Sesame, Scallion, Glucose, Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate (E621)
