Tempura

Tempura is an ethnic Japanese dish which makes use of seasoned vegetable or seafood covered with a batter and fried deep in oil. The batter for tempura dishes is made of a mix of wheat flour, egg yolk, starch and leavening agents. This flour is called tempura flour. Our store has stocks of Showa and Gogi branded tempura flour varieties.
