It started as a family business by Jernail Singh Khera in 1973 by the name KTC (Khera Trading Co.). The business name changed to KTC Edibles later to denote its focus on the food industry. KTC sells a range of canned fruit items, vegetable oils, chutneys, sauces, flours, and other condiments worldwide.
