Returns and Refunds

The returns and refunds policy is applied to Asia Market Online Store.

We always try our best to make our customers happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and would like to return goods to us.  The following policy sets out when you can return goods, and how to do so.

If you change your mind

  1. Before Delivery 

    If you change your mind before your order is dispatched. Please kindly contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible by contact us at ([email protected]).

    Please note that we do NOT accept order cancellation/amendment by email. However, if you change your mind after your order is dispatched. You will need to return goods following our Goods Return Procedure.

  2. After Delivery 

    If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange or refund goods returned in saleable condition with this invoice within 14 days.

    During this time you should take reasonable care of the goods you bought safe and in good condition whilst they are in your possession.

 

If you have received faulty or damaged goods

You may return any faulty or damaged goods back to us, either by post (Asia Market, Merrywell Business Park, Ballymount Rd Lower, Dublin 12, D12 W327 , Ireland) or bringing them back to our Drury Street Branch or Ballymount Branch with the invoice within 14 days after the date of delivery or collection. Please kindly let us know before hand so we could arrange.

When you return goods

When you return the goods to us, please also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and any accessories.

For all returns, postage is made at your own cost. Please post to Asia Market, Merrywell Business Park, Ballymount Rd Lower, Dublin 12, D12 W327, Ireland.

If you are coming to our Drury Street Branch to return goods, please kindly let us know before coming, therefore we could arrange the manager to help you.

If you do not return the goods within 7 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site and no refund will be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that we do NOT accept order cancellation through email.

Getting your refund

If you are entitled to a refund, your Refund may take upto 21 business days depending on the payment method and the card issuing bank of the customer. If you paid by Loyalty Points, we will refund you on your payment card or give you the equivalent in Loyalty Points.

Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.

In the event of a refund, all Loyalty Points received for the purchase of a refunded product will be removed from your Loyalty account.
