- Mama Sita Pancit Bihon Rice Noodles – 450g
- Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic – ½ tbsp or use fresh garlic
- Pork Belly Meat, Thinly Sliced – 225g
- Cooked Boneless Chicken Thigh/Breast, Thinly Sliced – 225g
- Knorr Chicken Broth Cube - 1 pc
- Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce – 5tbsp
- Peas – 60g
- Carrot – 150g
- Cabbage, medium sized, finely chopped – ½ Portion
- Celery, Finely Chopped – 100g (roughly 3 stalks)
- Onion, Small and finely chopped – 1
- Water – 800ml

Method
- Step 1: Saute the garlic and onion in a large frying pan or wok over high heat
- Step 2: Add the pork and chicken slices into the wok, cook everything for approximately 2 minutes.
- Step 3: Add the chicken broth cube into the wok, pour the water over, and then simmer on low flame for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, put the pancit bihon noodles in a separate bowl of water to soak for 10 minutes.
- Step 4: After 15 minutes, add the carrots, peas, cabbage, and celery into the wok and simmer for another five minutes.
- Step 5: Using a skimmer spoon, collect all the ingredients from the wok leaving just the liquid. Keep the collected ingredients in a separate bowl aside.
- Step 6: Gently add the soy sauce to the liquid mix in the wok, and mix well.
- Step 7: Now, collect the soaked Pancit from the bowl, add it to the boiling liquid and mix well. Cook until liquid evaporates completely.
- Step 8: Finally, add the vegetables and meat that are kept aside in the wok, and simmer for two minutes. Serve.
