1. Food Quality Assurance Officer

Part-time, Permanent


Duties will include:

·         Work with each business area to put in place good systems to ensure the business meets all HACCP and Food Safety standards

·         Visit and assess the wholesale, retail and restaurant areas of the company to ensure HACCP records are maintained and all food safety systems and related information is kept up-to-date and functioning efficiently

·         Proactively work with each department to remove products, when alerts are received

·         Meet with required bodies e.g. HSE and respond to audits or related requests, when required

·         Keep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of related Health and Safety Executive (HSE) legislation and any developments that affect the industry

 

Requirements:

·         Third level qualification in Occupational Health & Safety

·         Proven food safety experience in a multi site environment

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Good organisational skills with attention to detail

·         Problem solving skills

·         Auditing skills

·         An ability to work to tight deadlines

·         Full clean drivers licence

 

2. Online Sales and Operations Executive:

You will be responsible for helping growing Online Sales, actively contribute to all Digital Marketing efforts, managing the Operations and Packing, duties will include:

-         Growing Online Sales: Work on monthly Email campaigns, Food Promotions & Offers. Ideally the successful candidate should have an aptitude for online product merchandising.

-         Digital Marketing: Assisting with SEO, Paid Search & Email Marketing. Coding with HTML. CSS & PHP (Advantage to have, not essential)

-         Customer Service: Proactive approach to email enquiries, in-bound phone calls and resolving customer order issues.

-         Blogging & Content Marketing (Both English & Chinese): Devise a Content Marketing Plan for the online site, help with blog articles and write product descriptions. 

-         Operations: Manage the Packaging and Logistics Team, Product listings, awareness of stock levels and customer communications

-         Social Media:  Helping Asia Market build an online community via Facebook, WeChat, Instagram, Twitter

-         New Projects: Work on new projects to help develop and improve the company website to the next level. 


3. Receptionist/Customer Care:

 

Duties will include:

·         Answer incoming calls and transfer as appropriate

·         Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling

·         Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges, when required

·         Resolve customer queries and complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media, as appropriate

·         Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information when needed

·         Keep informed about new products and developments

 

Requirements

·         Excellent organisational and communication skills

·         Chinese language skills

·         Previous customer service experience beneficial

 

4. Drivers Helpers

Full-Time, Permanent

 

The role involves across country multi-drop deliveries, helping the delivery driver – you will assist with loading and unloading the delivery van/truck. A good level of English, experience working in a team environment, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are required. Manual Handling is a definite advantage.

 

5. Cash & Carry/Retail Staff

Full-Time or Part-time/Job Share etc. Temporary &/or Permanent

7. Warehouse Operative

Permanent

The successful candidate will be a team player, who is experienced in working in a warehouse environment, including picking experience, a good level of English and experienced working within a team. Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. A forklift licence and or Manual Handling are a definite advantage.

 

Duties will include:

·         Work as part of a team to optimise workloads

·         General warehouse activities, including picking

·         Work in a fast paced environment

·         Load and unload vehicles
