We are delighted to launch this new and exciting venture with celebrated TV Chef Kwanghi Chan, who will be in the Asia Market to show, explain and answer everything you need to know about Asian food ingredients. He will bring you on a journey to choose some of his favourite ingredients and show you how to cook three simple and delicious Asian tapas, while you sit and relax with a nice cup of chinese tea. 

Kwanghi Chan was Head Chef at the 5* Cliff House Hotel in Ardmore Co.Waterford and has worked in some of the best restaurants In Ireland whilst also representing Ireland in International Culinary Competitions. After spending over 3 years as Head Chef at the Cliff House Hotel, in 2015 he stormed onto the scene in Dublin with Soder+Ko, a hip collaboration between a Scandi bar and Kwanghi’s fusion cooking. In 2016 he moved on to his latest venture, starting ChanChan, making products including a miso based hot sauce, spice mixes, black garlic products and other fine food products. This year in Hong Kong, working as an ambassador with Bord Bia Shanghai, he began promoting Irish grass-fed beef and lamb and working closely with the Irish Consulate in Hong Kong and Macau to promote Irish produce in Southeast Asia.
