How to use?	Portions Serves 2 ppl Ingredients Fresh Medium sized Crab ( Swimming Crab / Brown Crab) – 2 pcs Fresh Ginger – 20g (Sliced into thin pieces) Red Onion – 4 pcs Garlic – 1 pc Onion – 1 pc Sunflower Oil – 1 Tbsp Shaoxing Cooking Wine – 2 Tbsp Coarse Black Pepper – 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce – 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce – 1 Tbsp Sugar – 1 tsp Water – 250ml Sesame Oil – 1 tsp Scallion – 1 bunch ( Washed and cut into 2inch pieces) Corn Starch (Dissolved in water 20ml) – 1 Tbsp Method Step 1: Dice the Garlic. Slice the Red Onion & Onion. Step 2: Wash and rinse the Crab and cut into pieces. Step 3: Saute the Onion, Red Onion & Garlic in Sunflower Oil over medium heat until fragrant. Step 4: Turn to medium-high heat. Add in the Black Pepper & Crab. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Step 5: Add in the Shaoxing Cooking Wine, Light Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Sugar & 250ml Water. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Step 6: Turn to medium-low heat, cover the wok / pan with lid and cook for a further 10 minutes. Step 7: Add in the Scallion, Sesame Oil & Corn Starch Mixture. Mix well, serve immediately.
