How to use?	Prepare the Rice Cakes: If using store-bought rice cakes, skip to step 2. Soak the rice cakes in warm water for about 20 minutes to soften them. Make the Sauce: Mix gochujang (Korean chili paste), gochugaru (red chili flakes), soy sauce, minced garlic, and sugar to create a flavorful sauce. Cook the Rice Cakes: Heat a skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add butter and minced garlic. Add the soaked rice cakes and cook until slightly crispy (about 5 minutes). Add the Sauce and Cheese: Pour the sauce over the rice cakes and mix well. Top with grated mozzarella cheese. Broil Until Bubbly: Place the skillet under the broiler until the cheese is browned and bubbly. Serve Hot: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy your cheesy, spicy Tteokbokki!
