How to use?	PROBUNSIK Tteokbokki Spicy is a popular Korean street food made with chewy rice cakes, spicy gochujang sauce, and other flavorful ingredients. Here’s how you can make it at home: Soak the Rice Cakes: Begin by soaking the rice cakes in warm tap water to soften them up. Prepare the Sauce: Mix the following ingredients in a small bowl: 2 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean red chili paste) 1 tablespoon of gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes) 1 teaspoon of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 clove of minced garlic Simmer the Sauce: In a saucepan, combine the sauce with anchovy stock (or water) and bring it to a simmer. Add Rice Cakes and Fish Cakes: Add the soaked rice cakes and bite-sized pieces of fish cakes (eomuk) to the simmering sauce. Stir gently with a wooden spoon. Cook Until Tender: Continue simmering until the rice cakes are tender and fully coated with the sauce. Serve Hot: Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
