| How to use? | Dried Bird's eye chilli is heavily used in Indian cooking. To develop the flavour of dried chillies add them close to the start of cooking, this will allow the dried chilli to absorb some of the moisture and flavour of the dish, as well as releasing its fiery flavours. If you find that the chilli is too spicy for your taste then simply slice and remove the seeds of the chilli. |
