Asian Home Gourmet’s authentic 50g Spice Mix for Thai Green Curry. In Thai language, it is called ‘Kaang Kiew Wan’, which means ‘sweet green curry’ according to the custom in central Thailand regions. The green colour of this dish is based on the green chilli peppers. There are several variants of this recipe within Thailand itself. This version makes use of lemongrass and basil leaves for its unique aroma. You can cook it with coconut cream to get the authentic Thai flavour.

  1. Heat oil in non-stick saucepan on medium-low heat. Add Spice Paste and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add half of coconut milk and cook until oil appears on top.
  2. Add meal, cook for 5-8 minutes or until done.
  3. Add balance of coconut milk and green peas or aubergine. Bring to boil. Garnish and serve hot with rice.
