Preparation Instructions Because the strands are exceptionally thin, they do not require intense, long boiling on a stovetop: Soaking Method: Submerge the noodle block into a bowl of cool or warm water for 2 to 8 minutes. Drain Thoroughly: Lift out the softened vermicelli and shake off any excess moisture using a colander.
