Deep-Fry: Heat cooking oil in a pan or fryer to 170°C–180°C. Submerge the frozen samosas and fry for 4 to 5 minutes until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
Air-Fry: Lightly brush or spray the samosas with cooking oil. Place them in the basket and air-fry at 190°C for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over halfway through for an even crisp.
Drain well on paper towels and serve piping hot with sweet chili sauce or mint chutney.
