How to Use Kojima Premium Sushi Rice

Preparation Instructions:

1. Rinse the Rice: Measure the desired amount of rice and rinse it under cold water until the water runs clear. This removes excess starch and ensures a clean, fresh taste.
2. Soak the Rice: Soak the rinsed rice in water for about 30 minutes. This helps the grains absorb water evenly.
3. Cook the Rice: Use a rice cooker or stovetop method. For stovetop, combine rice and water (1:1.2 ratio) in a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes after cooking.
4. Season the Rice: For sushi, mix the cooked rice with sushi vinegar (a blend of rice vinegar, sugar, and salt) while it's still warm. Gently fold the vinegar into the rice without mashing the grains.

1. Classic Sushi Rolls
