CHILGAB Mul Naengmyeon (Korean Cold Noodle) 750g

Korean cold noodle in a 750g from Chilgab brand. Popularly known as ‘Mul Naeng Myeon’ in the Korean language, this is actually a summer noodle soup dish, which is enjoyed in icy cold broth. Generally, Naengmyeon is the name for Korean cold noodle dish, and the Mul naengmyeon is the name given to a Naengmyeon when a watery broth is added to the noodle dish. The broth which is served with a Mul naengmyeon is generally made of beef meat, or sometimes Korean radish kimchi is used. Chilgab Mul Naeng Meyon is a modern take of a traditional Korean cold noodle.
