Chow Fun & Char Kway Teow: Serves as an exceptional substitute for fresh flat rice noodles in wide-pan stir-fries, absorbing garlic, chilli, and seafood or beef oils seamlessly. Preparation Instructions To prevent the rice sticks from snapping or overcooking, follow these preparation steps based on your intended recipe: For Stir-Fries: Submerge the dry noodle blocks in a bowl of warm water and soak for 6 to 8 minutes until pliable but slightly underdone.
