Beksul brand’s Frying Mix is based on the cuisine that Korean people generally follow. It is a type of mixed flour which can be used as a batter (like tempura) while making fried food items. This flour mix is based on wheat flour, but combined well with other flour types including corn, baking powder, rice flour and more. You can add this flour with water and make a batter out of it before applying to chicken, beef, pork or other meat items or seafood, or vegetables.

How to use?	The mix is simple to use, requiring only cold water for the batter. Prepare the Batter: Whisk 200g of Beksul Korean Frying Mix with 340ml of cold water in a bowl until smooth. The ratio of mix to water is roughly 2:1 by weight. Coat the Ingredients: Dip your prepared ingredients (chicken pieces, sliced vegetables, or seafood) into the batter to coat them evenly. Fry: Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to approximately 170–180°C (340–355°F). Carefully place the coated items into the hot oil in batches to avoid overcrowding. Finish: Fry until golden brown and crispy, typically around 5-10 minutes depending on the size of the item. Drain excess oil on a wire rack or paper towels before serving hot.
