
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp green tea powder
- 180ml of water
- 1/2 cup red bean paste
- Cornstarch for dusting
Utensils
- Microwave proof bowl
Directions for Use
Step 1: Form a dough by mixing in the rice flour, green tea powder and water in a microwave proof bowl.
Step 2: Add sugar and mix well.
Step 3: Cover the bowl and microwave for 2minutes. Stir and return to microwave for a further 30 seconds or until dough is sticky and done.
Step 4: Flour surface with some cornstarch. Using a spoon, drop a small ball of the dough onto the flour surface. Using your fingers, make an empty well in the dough and add some red bean paste inside as a filling and cover the dough with more cornstarch.
Step 5: Ready to serve.
