1. Classic Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
1 packet ASIAN HOME GOURMET Butter Chicken Paste (50g)
500g chicken (boneless, diced)
100ml cream or coconut milk
1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Heat butter in a pan and add the chicken; cook until lightly browned.
Add the spice paste and stir well for 2–3 minutes.
Pour in cream or coconut milk and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Serve with basmati rice or naan bread.
2. Butter Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
1 packet Butter Chicken Paste
200g cooked pasta
150g cooked chicken or tofu
100ml cream or milk
Instructions:
Heat the paste in a pan, add cream, and bring to a gentle simmer.
