Iced Refreshment: To enjoy cold, dissolve 2 heaping tablespoons of the mix in a small amount of hot water first to prevent clumping, then pour over 100–120ml of cold milk or water and ice.

Sparkling Yuzu Matcha: For a lively fizz, Tsuboichi recommends mixing the powder with soda water; the carbonation highlights the bright yuzu acidity and creates a sophisticated non-alcoholic cocktail.
