How to Use SQUID Brand Fish Sauce 300ml

SQUID Brand Fish Sauce is made from fresh anchovies and sea salt, delivering a deep, savoury umami flavour. Use it as a seasoning, marinade, or dipping sauce to bring authentic Thai taste to any dish.

1. Thai Stir-Fry Seasoning

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp SQUID Fish Sauce

• 1 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tsp sugar

• 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients into a quick stir-fry sauce.

2. Add to cooked vegetables, chicken, or seafood for classic Thai flavour.

2. Fish Sauce Lime Dressing (Nam Jim)

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp SQUID Fish Sauce

• 1 tbsp lime juice

• 1 tsp sugar

• 1 chopped chilli

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves.

2. Use as a dipping sauce for spring rolls or grilled meats, or drizzle over salads.

3. Savoury Soup Seasoning

Instructions:

• Add 1–2 tsp SQUID Fish Sauce to broths, noodles, or curries instead of salt for extra umami richness.
