How to Use SPICE KITCHEN Togarashi Spice Blend Tin 80g

A vibrant Japanese-inspired blend of spices with a spicy, citrusy kick. Perfect for finishing dishes, seasoning noodles, tofu, fried chicken, seafood, or vegetables, adding instant flavour and aroma.

1. Sprinkle Over Noodles or Rice

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Togarashi Spice Blend

• Cooked noodles or rice

Instructions:

1. Sprinkle over steaming bowls of noodles, rice, or grain bowls just before serving.

2. Toss lightly to combine and enjoy the citrusy, spicy lift.

2. Togarashi Rub for Meat or Vegetables

Ingredients:

• 1–2 tsp Togarashi Spice Blend

• 1 tbsp oil

• Meat, fish, or vegetables

Instructions:

1. Toss protein or vegetables with oil and spice blend.

2. Grill, pan-fry, or roast until cooked and aromatic.

3. Crispy Tofu or Chicken Finish

Instructions:
