1. Cajun Chicken or Fish

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Cajun Spice Blend

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 500g chicken breast or white fish

Instructions:

1. Rub spice blend and oil onto chicken or fish.

2. Grill, bake, or pan-fry until cooked through.

3. Serve with rice, coleslaw, or salad.

2. Spicy Cajun Fries

Ingredients:

• 2 tsp Cajun Spice Blend

• 2 tbsp oil

• 3 potatoes or sweet potatoes (cut into wedges)
