How to use?	Noodles: Add a small amount to the dough when making ramen or Chinese egg noodles to give them a springy texture and prevent them from disintegrating in hot soups. Mooncakes: Use in the dough to achieve a crisp, golden crust. Century Eggs: Soak eggs in a lye-salt brine to make century eggs. Vegetable Preparation: Fill a container with 1 liter of water, add 10 drops of lye water, and stir thoroughly. Soak washed vegetables in the solution for a few seconds, then drain. This helps to soften the vegetables and maintain their color. Safety Note: Always wear gloves when handling lye water and follow recipe instructions carefully. Do not consume directly.
