How to use?	Stir-fry the sliced meat in a wok with the curry paste, add water to cover and simmer until boiled. Add vegetables which may include eggplant, bamboo shoots, long bean, kaffir lime leaves, sweet basil leaves and chilli. Add fish sauce for seasoning and serve.
