Korean Vermicelli from Hosaku brand in 500g packet. Also called Dangmyeon in Korean language, it is a type of Cellophane noodles made from sweet potato starch. This is best used to prepare the Korean Japchae, a sweet and savoury stir-fried noodles. They are translucent noodles with pale grey colour and chewy and elastic properties. Also known by other names including ‘Glass Noodles’ and ‘Sweet Potato vermicelli’.
