How to use?	As a Soup Base Dissolve 1–2 tablespoons of miso paste in hot (not boiling) water or dashi stock. Add tofu, seaweed, green onions, or vegetables to make traditional miso soup. In Marinades and Glazes Combine miso with soy sauce, mirin, sake, or sugar to create a rich marinade. Use it to marinate meats, fish, or vegetables, or as a glaze before roasting or grilling. In Stir-Fries and Sauces Add a spoonful of miso to stir-fry sauces or noodle dishes to enhance depth of flavor. Blend with sesame oil, rice vinegar, and garlic for a savory dressing or dip. With Rice or Grain Bowls Mix into broths, sauces, or butter for a flavorful topping on rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables. Tip: Avoid boiling miso directly, as high heat can reduce its flavor and probiotic benefits. Stir it in at the end of cooking for the best results.
