Golden Sail China Green Tea (150g) provides an authentic, everyday Chinese green tea experience. Sourced from traditional tea-growing regions, this tea is known for its refreshing flavour profile, bright colour, and the health benefits associated with minimally oxidized tea leaves.
Water Temperature: Use hot, but never boiling water. The ideal temperature is between 75°C to 80°C (167°F–176°F) to prevent burning the delicate leaves and causing bitterness.
Proportions: Use approximately 1 teaspoon (or 2–3g) of tea leaves per 200ml cup.
Infusion Time: Steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Adjust steeping time to personal preference; longer times result in a stronger, potentially more astringent tea.
Re-steep: High-quality green tea leaves can often be re-steeped 2–3 times, slightly increasing the brewing time each subsequent infusion.
