How to use?	1. Rehydration (Soaking) Cold Water Method (Recommended): Place the desired amount of fungus strips in a large bowl and submerge them completely in cold water. Let them soak for 30 to 45 minutes until they expand fully, blooming into plump, tender strips. Quick Hot Water Method: If short on time, soak them in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes. Note: Cold water yields a snappier texture. 2. Cleaning & Trimming Drain the rehydrated strips and rinse thoroughly under cold running water to remove any residual earthy particles. Check the ends of the strips and trim away any hard, woody stems if present. 3. Cooking Methods Stir-Fries & Hot Pots: Toss the rinsed strips directly into your sizzling wok or bubbling hot pot broth during the last 3 to 5 minutes of cooking. Chilled Salads: Blanch the rehydrated strips in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes, plunge them immediately into ice water to retain their snap, drain well, and toss with black vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil.
