How to use?	How to Use – Chunsi Lanzhou Noodle 2kg Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the desired amount of Chunsi Lanzhou Noodles. Cook for 3–4 minutes or until the noodles are firm yet tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and improve texture. Use immediately in soups, stir-fries, or cold noodle salads. If storing, toss with a little oil to prevent sticking. Recipe 1: Lanzhou-Style Beef Noodle Soup (Vegetarian Option Available) Ingredients: Chunsi Lanzhou Noodles Sliced beef brisket or tofu for vegetarian version Ginger and garlic, minced Star anise and bay leaf Light & dark soy sauce Chinese five-spice powder Spring onions, chopped Fresh coriander Pak choi or Chinese leaf Instructions: Simmer beef (or tofu) with garlic, ginger, soy sauces, star anise, bay leaf, and five-spice for 1–2 hours until tender. Cook the noodles as per instructions. Blanch greens like pak choi separately. Assemble noodles in bowls, add beef or tofu, pour in hot broth, and top with greens, spring onions, and coriander. Recipe 2: Spicy Cold Lanzhou Noodles Ingredients: Chunsi Lanzhou Noodles Cucumber and carrot, julienned Garlic, minced Chilli oil Soy sauce Rice vinegar Toasted sesame oil Crushed peanuts (optional) Instructions: Cook and chill noodles as per instructions. In a bowl, mix garlic, chilli oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil. Toss the noodles with the sauce and top with vegetables. Garnish with peanuts and serve cold.
