How to use?	1.Quick Prep Gently separate the rice cake stripes. Rinse them under cold running water. Tip: If they feel slightly firm out of the pack, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes before cooking to ensure an even texture. 2. Classic Spicy Tteokbokki Bring your Tteokbokki sauce (Gochujang, Gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, and broth) to a simmer in a shallow pan. Add the rinsed rice cakes along with fish cakes and green onions. Simmer on medium-low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Cook until the sauce thickens to a glossy glaze and the rice cakes are soft all the way through. [1] 3. Hot Pots & Stews Drop the stripes directly into your boiling hot pot or army stew (Budae Jjigae). Let them cook for 4 to 5 minutes before eating.
