Moong Dall Washed
Wash the moong dal in clean water and keep immersed in fresh water for half an hour or more. Get the soaked moong dal out of the water and cook in a pot of fresh water. Once the water is boiled cook for at least 20 minutes more. Simmer for 1/2 hour and add it to your recipes like tadka.
