Cypressa Green Olives in Brine 340g

Cypressa’s 340g jar of green olives contains top quality Hojiblanca olives, a Spanish olive variety. Hojiblanca olives are plucked before they start ripening, but when they are full size and when they are green in colour. Such whole olives are preserved in a solution of water and salt. Also citric acid is added to the solution to reduce the bitterness to suit them for the purpose of table olives.
