How to use?	How to Use CHUNSI Shanxi DaoXiao (Knife Shaved) Noodle 2kg: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the desired amount of Chunsi Shanxi DaoXiao Noodles. Cook for approximately 4 minutes until the noodles are tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and enhance texture. Use immediately in your preferred dishes or toss with a bit of oil to prevent sticking if storing for later use. Recipe Idea: Shanxi-Style Beef Noodle Soup Ingredients: Chunsi Shanxi DaoXiao Noodles 200g beef brisket, sliced thinly 2 cloves garlic, minced 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce 1 star anise 4 cups beef broth Chopped spring onions and coriander for garnish Instructions: In a pot, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Pour in soy sauces and beef broth, add star anise. Simmer for 1–2 hours until beef is tender. Prepare noodles as per the "How to Use" instructions. Serve noodles in bowls, ladle beef and broth over them, and garnish with spring onions and coriander.
