Balah branded Gram Flour, which is also called Besan flour, is pure and milled chickpea flour (Chana Dal). Traditionally an Indian and Asian staple food, the gram flour comes with light yellow colour. Its rich, earthy flavour makes it the best suited one for savoury dishes. This product is gluten-free and at the same time is protein rich. It can be used to make flat savoury breads, thicken sauces and to make a batter mix. It also used in producing snacks such as Bombay Mix. Garbanzo Bean Flour is an alternative name of this flour type.
