Step 1. Prepare the spiced water
Bring 500ml water to a boil in a pot. Add orange and lemon slices, cloves, star anise, cardamom, fresh ginger, and cinnamon sticks. Stir to combine.

Step 2. Sweeten and simmer
Add 100g sugar to the spiced water and bring to a gentle boil for 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to infuse.

Step 3. Warm the plum wine
In a separate pot, pour 500ml Choya Silver Red Plum Wine and heat for 2–3 minutes, taking care not to boil off the alcohol completely.

Step 4. Combine and strain
Strain the spiced water and pour it into the warmed plum wine. Mix gently to combine all the flavours.

Step 5. Serve
Pour into heatproof glasses or mugs and enjoy your aromatic, spiced Mulled Plum Wine.
