Wu Chung’s Taiwanese canned vegetarian pork meat (mock pork) is a product made using fried gluten, without using any non-vegetarian ingredients. So, this variety is a vegan friendly meat which gives the flavor and appearance of pork meat. The combination of fried gluten with soybean oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt and peanut oil, gives this product a fiber like appearance which helps it to be a nice vegan alternative for pork meat. This product is also called imitation pork.
