How to use?	Hotpot & Soups (火锅/大锅汤): Do not thaw. Drop the frozen fish balls directly into boiling hotpot broth, tom yum soup, or noodle soup. Cook for 4–5 minutes until they expand slightly and float to the surface. Stir-Frying & Noodles (炒菜/炒面): Thaw slightly, slice in half if desired, and toss into stir-fried noodles (like Pad Thai or Mee Goreng) or mixed vegetables during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Skewers & Grilling (串串/烧烤): Thaw completely, thread onto bamboo skewers, brush with sweet chili, satay, or BBQ sauce, and grill or air-fry at 180°C (350°F) for 5–6 minutes until lightly golden. Storage (储存方式): Keep frozen strictly at -18°C or below. Consume within 24 hours once thawed and do not refreeze to preserve the signature bouncy texture.
