Berry rice is a healthy rice variety very recently developed in Thailand. Berry rice is a hybrid of Thai jasmine rice and black rice, and thus berry rice has the qualities of both these rice types. It becomes soft, non-sticky, fragrant and anti-oxidant rich upon cooking, which are the qualities contributed by both its parent crops. Thai brand Sunlee’s 1Kg Berry rice is rich in fiber.
