| Product Overview | Tofu has always been an ingredient my mum cooked with; it is now a joy to be able to get it so readily in the corner shop.
Top Tip – buy extra firm tofu and make sure you cube it and then place on kitchen paper to absorb all the moisture from it, you do not want these tofu bites to be soggy!
If you really do not like tofu, then you a meat free alternative instead. Just follow the recipe as it is but for the ‘tofu’ bits use the meat free alternative.
If you don’t have time to make my chilli oil then you can just buy a jar from the shop! A chilli crisp oil works really well here, one with sesame seeds etc. to give it extra crunch. |
