How to Use SPICE KITCHEN Chinese 7 Spice Blend Tin 80g A fragrant, balanced mix of star anise, fennel, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, Szechuan pepper, and more — this blend adds a bold, authentic kick to Chinese-inspired dishes. Perfect for rubs, marinades, and stir-fries. 1. Chinese-Style Stir-Fry Ingredients: 1 tsp Chinese 7 Spice Blend 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sugar 300g meat or vegetables Instructions: Stir-fry meat or vegetables in oil until nearly cooked. Add soy sauce, sugar, and Chinese 7 Spice; toss well. Serve hot with rice or noodles. 2. Crispy Duck or Pork Rub Ingredients: 2 tsp Chinese 7 Spice Blend 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp oil Instructions: Rub mixture onto duck or pork before roasting. Cook until the skin is crisp and aromatic.
