How to Use SPICE KITCHEN Chimichurri Spice Blend Tin 80g

Inspired by Argentina’s famous herb sauce, this vibrant blend of parsley, oregano, garlic, and chilli adds freshness and zing to grilled meats, vegetables, and dressings. Perfect for marinades, rubs, or quick sauces.

1. Classic Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Chimichurri Spice Blend

• 4 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients into a smooth sauce.

2. Spoon over grilled steak, chicken, or vegetables.

2. Herby Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

• 2 tsp Chimichurri Spice Blend

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 500g vegetables (courgette, peppers, potatoes)

Instructions:

1. Toss vegetables with oil and spice blend.

2. Roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until golden and fragrant.

3. Chimichurri Dressing or Marinade

Instructions:
