How to use?	Raw / Direct Consumption (生食/即食): While traditional connoisseurs slice and enjoy Naem completely raw as a drinking snack, ensure your local import batch states it is ready-to-eat before raw consumption. Thai Naem Fried Rice (酸肉炒饭): Crumble or dice the sausage into small chunks. Stir-fry it into your fried rice (Khao Pad Naem) to release its juices, infusing the rice with an incredible garlic-sour aroma. Naem Omelette (酸肉煎蛋): Mix crumbled bits of the sausage directly into beaten eggs, chilies, and scallions, then shallow-fry until golden-brown and fluffy. Salads & Snacks (泰式凉拌): Toss diced pieces into a crispy rice salad (Yam Naem Khao Thod) with fresh herbs, ginger, lime juice, peanuts, and fish sauce.
