1. Dissolve sugar and yeast in water, add to flour and stir evenly till dough is formed
2. Leave the dough for 20 minutes. Adjust time accordingly if room temperature is above or below 28 Degree C
3. Press the dough with a rolling pin into a long flat shape, then roll it into cylinder shape and cut it into bun pieces
4. Leave buns for 30-40 minutes until soft and expanded
5. Once water is boiled, put the buns into a steamer and steam for 12-15 minutes
