How to use?	Keep refrigerated in a crisper drawer or ventilated cooler crate at 2°C to 4°C to optimize crispness and shelf life. Cut off the very bottom tip of the root stem. Separate the individual leaves or slice the mini heads cleanly in half lengthwise. Wash thoroughly in cold water to remove any trapped soil or sand between the compact stalks. Stir-Fry: Toss whole or halved pieces into a scorching hot wok with minced garlic, ginger, and light soy sauce for 2 to 3 minutes. Soups: Drop directly into hot hot pots, wonton broths, or ramen soups during the final 2 minutes of cooking to gently wilt the leaves while keeping the bulb crunchy. Blanching: Submerge in boiling water for 1 minute, drain, and drizzle with warm oyster sauce and sesame oil
