Kaldereta, also spelt caldereta is a spicy Filipino meat stew dish popular with beef, pork, goat and lamb. This meat-vegetable combined dish is Spanish inspired and the name caldereta is a derivative of the word ‘couldron’. Mama Sita offers a 50g packet of spicy sauce mix which is ideal to use in the preparation of authentic and traditional Kaldereta stew sauce. Excellent to use with beef meat.

How to use?	Add water to pan fried beef briskets, boil and simmer until tender. Add diced potatoes and carrots. Simmer to cook. Add Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix. Stir and let it boil. Add cut red bell pepper, green peas and green olives. Cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
