Here you find Thai brand Lobo's 30g mix for Laab-Naamtok seasoning. Laab and naam tok are two different Thai dishes which are identical to each other. Laab (Larb) is a Northern Thai meat salad dish, which is regarded as the national dish of Laos. Though Laab is an appetizer, it is also treated as a main course dish at times.

Meanwhile, Nam tok is a similar meat salad dish, which usually is made using beef meat. The name 'nam tok' can be literally translated as 'waterfall grilled beef'. Nam tok is considered as a sister salad to laab. The Laab-Namtok seasoning mix is customized to suit both dishes.
