LIUGUAN Glutinous Millet 400g (also known as sticky or yellow millet) is a premium, whole-grain staple prized in Asian cuisine for its unique chewy, cohesive texture and subtle nutty sweetness. Unlike regular millet which cooks up fluffy, this glutinous variety is high in amylopectin starch, making it soft and sticky when prepared.

Energy & Digestion: It provides sustained energy through complex carbohydrates (approx. 72.8g per 100g) and is rich in dietary fiber (approx. 4.4g per 100g) to support healthy digestion.

How to use?	Sweet Treats: It is a primary ingredient for millet sticky cakes, often layered with red bean paste, and is traditionally used to make Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) and mochi-style desserts. Comforting Porridges: When slow-cooked, it creates a thick, creamy congee or porridge that is easy to digest and naturally sweet. Savory Dishes: Its "sticky" nature makes it an excellent binder for veggie burgers or as a base for steamed dishes like Fan Tuan (rice rolls) and stuffed vegetables. Preparation: Rinse thoroughly and simmer for 15-20 minutes. We recommend soaking the grains in cold water for at least 1 hour before cooking to achieve the best texture.
