Osato Natto Umai Ga Ichiban is an authentic, traditional Japanese superfood made from premium, specially selected small-sized soybeans (Kotsubu). Fermented with natural Bacillus subtilis culture, these beans offer a delicate, tender texture, a distinct earthy aroma, and signature savory, sticky web-like strands. How to use?	Thaw the single-serving styrofoam pack completely in your refrigerator before consumption; do not microwave or cook. Open the lid, remove the clear inner plastic film, and use chopsticks to vigorously stir the soybeans until they become highly sticky, frothy, and stringy. Tear open the included soy sauce and yellow mustard sachets, pour them directly over the whipped beans, and give them a quick final mix. Spoon the prepared natto over a fresh bowl of hot steamed white Japanese rice, or enjoy it as a nutritious breakfast addition mixed with chopped green onions, raw egg yolk, or sliced seaweed sheets.
